The Foundation of Small Town Ottoville Ohio
Ottoville Immaculate Conception Parish, in Ottoville Ohio, is a lasting legacy of the town's faith and dedication. The twin towers of the church can be seen for miles upon entering the town from any direction. The spirit of the past and present parishoners has maintained an everlasting beautiful place of worship to glorify and thank God, and provide guidance as we journey into the future
MEET FATHER GEORGE MAHAS
Dear Friends and Visitors, welcome to our Immaculate Conception Parish website! We are very happy that you have taken the time to learn more about our beautiful and historic church and our wonderful Ottoville, OH parish and village community. Since 1848, our parish has been the spiritual foundation for our beloved Ottoville community. Immaculate Conception church crowns our Ottoville Village skyline. Our majestic twin-tower steeples, dedicated to the Virgin Mary, stands as a holy citadel in this corner of Putnam County, OH. The church that you see was completed in 1888. We are proud of the faith of our ancestors and joyfully live and worship within a community built by faith. (Ottoville was founded by a priest, Rev. John Otto Bredeick!) If you are a visitor, I highly recommend coming over to visit our church and village. If you are thinking of making Immaculate Conception Parish and Ottoville your home, please come over. Everyone is friendly and we will most certainly welcome you. Through the intercession of Mary of the Immaculate Conception, may God always bless and protect you!
Sincerely,
Fr. George Mahas, Pastor

Immaculate Conception
And Mary said, “My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has looked on the humble estate of his servant. For behold, from now on all generations will call me blessed; for he who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his name.
Luke 1:46-49
